About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform end-to-end payroll processing, including calculations, reconciliations, taxes/contributions and payroll closing
  • Manage hiring, internal transfers and terminations, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation
  • Oversee and validate the electronic time and attendance system, analyzing discrepancies and advising managers
  • Administer employee benefits, ensuring proper control, entries and coordination with vendors
  • Manage vacation, leaves of absence and other labor events, ensuring systems are accurately updated
  • Prepare and validate submission of statutory filings and obligations (eSocial, FGTS, INSS, DIRF, RAIS, among others)
  • Analyze payroll metrics, absenteeism, overtime and personnel costs, proposing improvements and efficiency gains
  • Drive optimization, standardization and documentation of HR/Payroll processes
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and mitigating labor-related risks
  • Serve as a technical reference for the team and management on labor legislation and related topics
  • Assist leadership in developing policies and guidelines and in data-driven decision-making
  • Identify labor risks and propose preventive and corrective actions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related fields
  • Solid experience in HR/Personnel, with full payroll processing and statutory routines
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation (CLT)
  • Payroll processing and related charges/contributions
  • eSocial and other statutory obligations
  • Payroll and electronic time/attendance systems
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel
  • Experience with HR metrics and data analysis (Power BI is a plus)
