Payroll and HR Analyst, Junior

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support payroll processing, performing basic checks and data entries;
- Assist with hiring and termination processes, organizing documents and employee records;
- Support timekeeping management, applying adjustments as instructed;
- Perform benefits entries and basic benefits control;
- Assist with vacation and leave tracking, keeping records up to date;
- Support employee inquiries, clarifying operational questions;
- Assist with filing statutory/auxiliary obligations (eSocial, DIRF and RAIS), under supervision;
- Contribute to documenting processes, workflows and area policies.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree;
- Strong organizational skills;
- Basic knowledge of payroll and personnel/HR routines;
- Ability to provide employee-facing support.
