About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support payroll processing, performing basic checks and data entries;
Assist with hiring and termination processes, organizing documents and employee records;
Support timekeeping management, applying adjustments as instructed;
Perform benefits entries and basic benefits control;
Assist with vacation and leave tracking, keeping records up to date;
Support employee inquiries, clarifying operational questions;
Assist with filing statutory/auxiliary obligations (eSocial, DIRF and RAIS), under supervision;
Contribute to documenting processes, workflows and area policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree;
Strong organizational skills;
Basic knowledge of payroll and personnel/HR routines;
Ability to provide employee-facing support.
