About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support payroll processing, performing basic checks and data entries;
  • Assist with hiring and termination processes, organizing documents and employee records;
  • Support timekeeping management, applying adjustments as instructed;
  • Perform benefits entries and basic benefits control;
  • Assist with vacation and leave tracking, keeping records up to date;
  • Support employee inquiries, clarifying operational questions;
  • Assist with filing statutory/auxiliary obligations (eSocial, DIRF and RAIS), under supervision;
  • Contribute to documenting processes, workflows and area policies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Basic knowledge of payroll and personnel/HR routines;
  • Ability to provide employee-facing support.
