About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Be responsible for the operational workflow with partners, especially in the legal stage: checking documentation, monitoring processes and identifying when intervention is needed, aiming to ensure workflow agility and increase contract issuances.
After credit approval, contact partners to report Checklist 2 and periodically request outstanding documentation if there are pending items.
Assemble the file by analyzing documentation.
Verify that the information in the documents corresponds to the property/buyer/seller involved in the transaction.
Monitor cases on bank platforms.
Report flows, SLAs and process stages to partners.
Keep Credintegrados information up to date, providing the Commercial Consultant visibility into process progress.
Execute daily routine planning: portfolio rotation, document follow-up, updating CRM and email inbox.
Ensure that all requests received by email are executed within D01.
Ensure that processes scheduled for issuance are actually issued; if not, redirect them to another process.
Ensure excellence in service to clients, partners and consultants; assist in delivering departmental trainings.

Requirements
