Sales Consultant
CredimorarSales Consultant responsible for creating strategies to attract and retain clients for a technology platform in Brazil's real estate market. Involves partner engagement, proposal management, and close collaboration with administrative teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Create sales strategies to delight, acquire and retain new customers
- Be responsible for acquiring new partners and reactivating former ones
- Focus on prospecting and building a partner portfolio
- Provide support to partners and/or end clients
- Negotiate to close partnerships and follow up on partner contract finalization together with the Administrative team
- Monitor processes through to issuance to meet targets set by Management
- Be responsible for Checklist 1: monitor the partner onboarding/credentialing process
- Collect documentation and perform credit simulations
- Track credit approval and provide feedback to the partner/client
- Register the proposal in Credintegrados
- Submit the proposal for bank analysis
- Be responsible for assembling the phase 2 file (legal analysis)
- Contact partners/clients regarding any outstanding documentation
- Periodically monitor the partner portfolio
- Work in partnership with Administrative, Finance and Operations teams
- Ensure excellence in partner/client service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Basic knowledge of the process flow: Requirements, Simulation, Approval, Engineering, Legal analysis, Contract issuance, Registration, Release of funds
- Certifications: ANEPS or CA300, LGPD and PLDFT
- Experience using CRM systems
