About the role
- Translate design intent into field-ready processes by coordinating across manufacturing, field, and project delivery teams.
- Develop, document, and continuously improve work instructions and standard operating procedures for modular construction workflows.
- Support engineering strategies for prefabricated systems (walls, MEP assemblies, etc.) and drive manufacturability throughout the design-build cycle.
- Use Procore, PowerBI, and cost/quantity tracking to monitor production health, install rates, and productivity metrics.
- Partner with install teams and superintendents to surface real-world constraints and implement upstream improvements.
- Identify waste, propose countermeasures, and contribute to Creature’s evolving modular playbook.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Operations Management.
- Some exposure to a manufacturing or precision assembly environment
- Familiarity with CAD, Revit, Procore, or equivalent digital tools
- Interest in learning to read and interpret construction drawings and shop documentation
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Comfort with iteration, feedback, and fast-moving systems
