Sales Manager – B2B Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct sales and consultative meetings with prospective new clients
- Present our services to marketing managers, brand managers and decision-makers
- Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
- Prepare and follow up on proposals
- Independently manage the entire sales process through to contract closing
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
- Work closely with management on strategic sales projects
- Build and maintain a sustainable network within the marketing and corporate community
- After onboarding, actively support new customer acquisition
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience selling services, agency offerings, software solutions or comparable B2B products
- Enjoy conducting sales conversations, negotiations and building long-term customer relationships
- Confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers and executives
- Strong communication skills and a focus on closing deals
- Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
- High degree of personal responsibility
- Interest in marketing, digital business models and modern media
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
