About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct sales and consultative meetings with prospective new clients
  • Present our services to marketing managers, brand managers and decision-makers
  • Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals
  • Independently manage the entire sales process through to contract closing
  • Expand existing customer relationships and identify upselling opportunities
  • Work closely with management on strategic sales projects
  • Build and maintain a sustainable network within the marketing and corporate community
  • After onboarding, actively support new customer acquisition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience selling services, agency offerings, software solutions or comparable B2B products
  • Enjoy conducting sales conversations, negotiations and building long-term customer relationships
  • Confident demeanor when engaging with decision-makers and executives
  • Strong communication skills and a focus on closing deals
  • Structured, independent and results-oriented working style
  • High degree of personal responsibility
  • Interest in marketing, digital business models and modern media
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
