About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You develop creative campaign concepts for major brands — from the initial idea to the finished pitch.
  • You translate clients' marketing, communications, and business objectives into campaigns that demonstrably deliver business results.
  • You combine creators, PR, events, stunts, social and paid media into a full-funnel system — from awareness to conversion.
  • You facilitate and lead strategy workshops with clients.
  • You confidently present concepts to groups of 10–20 decision-makers and sell them.
  • You turn individual campaigns into long-term partnerships — from pilot to retainer.
  • You work closely with our creator management, production, and performance teams.
  • You will build the creative function at LikeGroup — initially hands-on, with the prospect of leading your own team later.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–10 years in agency, consulting or brand strategy.
  • Experience managing campaign budgets in the six- to seven-figure range.
  • Proven track record of developing large campaigns for well-known brands.
  • Deep understanding of creator, influencer, social and paid-media mechanics — plus earned media, PR, stunts and viral dynamics.
  • You think about the objective first, then the tactic.
  • You can not only develop ideas but also sell them — confidently to CMOs and boards.
  • Extremely strong presentation skills, high personal accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Structured working style and high tolerance for frustration — not every idea will sell.
  • One requirement above all: the ability to translate business and communications objectives into creative concepts that deliver measurable business results.
