About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As an Influencer Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are the central point of contact between our clients and creators — leading campaigns from concept to reporting
- You manage your campaigns end-to-end: creator sourcing, briefing, production, go-live and performance analysis
- Coordinate strategy and scripts
- You are the primary contact for the brand — including a weekly standing meeting — and translate campaign objectives into a clear plan
- You brief, negotiate with and coordinate creators, keeping timelines, budgets and quality in check
- You work closely with our production, editing and performance teams
- You evaluate campaigns, extract learnings and apply them to the following month
Requirements
What you’ll need- Entry-level to several years of experience in project, campaign or account management — ideally in influencer, social media or agency environments
- You manage multiple projects in parallel without losing oversight
- Strong communication skills: you confidently navigate between brand decision-makers and creators
- A good sense for social content, platforms and formats (TikTok, Reels, UGC)
- Structured, independent working style and a hands-on mentality
- Very good German, good English
