About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will assist in creating copy for social media campaigns with a focus on influencer and UGC content.
You will work closely with Creative Strategy, Design, and Project Management.
You will help develop hooks, captions, CTAs, and copy for creator briefings.
You will contribute to evolving copy based on performance insights and feedback.
You will support documenting learnings and optimizing existing copy.
Gradually, you will take on more responsibility for your own copy formats and sub-areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have initial practical experience in copywriting, social media, or marketing (e.g., working student, internship, first permanent position, or personal projects).
You are interested in social media, creator content, trends, and digital campaigns.
You work in a structured, careful, and eager-to-learn manner and have a hands-on mentality.
You have a good feel for language and a desire to understand why certain copy performs.
You present yourself in a friendly, professional, and responsible manner.
You are confident communicating in German; English is a plus.
