About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will support the creation of copy for social media campaigns with a focus on influencer and UGC content.
You will work closely with Creative Strategy, Design and Project Management.
You will help create hooks, captions, CTAs and texts for creator briefings.
You will contribute to the development of copy based on performance insights and feedback.
You will support the documentation of learnings and the optimization of existing copy.
Step by step you will take on more responsibility for your own copy formats and specific areas.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have initial practical experience in copywriting, social media or marketing (e.g., working student, internship, first full-time role or personal projects).
You are interested in social media, creator content, trends and digital campaigns.
You work in a structured, careful way, are eager to learn and have a hands-on mentality.
You have a good feel for language and a desire to understand why certain copy performs.
You present yourself in a friendly, professional and responsible manner.
You are confident communicating in German; English is a plus.
