About the role
- You assist in editing short-form videos (9:16) for social media.
- You edit content for UGC ads, influencer content, and organic social posts.
- You work with existing raw footage and implement clear editing and style guidelines.
- You help adapt videos for different platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Meta).
- You collaborate closely with Creative Strategy, Project Management, and Performance teams.
- Step by step, you take on more responsibility for your own videos and subprojects.
Requirements
- Initial hands-on experience in video editing/cutting (e.g., working student, internship, personal projects, social media).
- Confident use of CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Interest in social media, short-form trends, and creator content.
- Structured, reliable working style and willingness to learn.
- Understanding of timing, dynamics, and clean cuts.
- Confident communication in German; English is a plus.
