About the role
- Responsible for planning, setting up, managing, optimizing, and tracking online campaigns
- Campaigns include paid ads — primarily via Meta, LinkedIn and Google
- Creating reports and analysing KPIs using various analytics tools
- Ongoing optimization of campaigns with respect to budget, quality, CPC, CPL, CPO
- Market and competitor monitoring to identify new trends and develop recommendations for action
- Direct coordination and independent scheduling with clients in the context of campaigns
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a performance marketing or campaign manager
- Particularly proficient with Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data
- Experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Matomo, Looker Studio
- Familiarity with tools such as Tracify or Klar! is desirable
- Very well organized, independent, and remains calm under pressure
- Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are an advantage
