About the role
- You are the primary point of contact for your team and, together with them, advise our clients on all aspects of performance marketing
- You are responsible for the professional leadership of all Performance Marketing Managers at creative360
- You actively contribute to client acquisition and account growth
- You are responsible for quality management of all performance marketing projects and lead these projects with your team
- You challenge and establish appropriate tools and processes for the data and performance area
- You maintain a critical view of goals, KPIs and media budgets, prepare reports and optimize digital campaigns
- Together with your team, you implement digital campaigns (primarily social ads and search ads), monitor and optimize them, and present the results to clients
- You independently prepare and conduct client workshops
- You identify opportunities and develop operational recommendations to continuously improve digital performance
Requirements
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or in a similar role
- You are familiar with agency life and have successfully worked in agency teams
- You have completed vocational training or a degree in business, communications, or digital media
- You have extensive knowledge of digital touchpoints such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok Ads (additional platforms are an advantage)
- You are able to think in terms of customer journeys and funnels and to build them strategically
- You can build reporting dashboards (especially with Looker Studio), interpret KPIs and derive optimizations
- You are highly skilled professionally, work in a clearly structured and independent way, and keep a cool head even in busy times
- You are strong in self-organization and leading project teams
- You enjoy being part of a performance-oriented team
- You like taking responsibility, act confidently with team members and clients, and are comfortable leading meetings
- You have very good German language skills; English and other languages are an advantage
