Technical Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a trusted technical partner for Enterprise customers throughout their journey with Creative Force.
- Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to understand customer needs, design technical solutions, and resolve complex challenges.
- Guide customers through successful implementations and optimize their setup post-go-live.
- Work with multiple stakeholders and different systems globally to solve interesting problems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You’re technical, but you speak human
- You’ve worked with Enterprise SaaS before.
- Experience with complex workflow solutions
- High emotional intelligence is a core part of this job
- You can sit in a technical discovery call, ask the right questions, identify potential risks, and translate what you learn into clear recommendations.
