About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted technical partner for Enterprise customers throughout their journey with Creative Force.
  • Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to understand customer needs, design technical solutions, and resolve complex challenges.
  • Guide customers through successful implementations and optimize their setup post-go-live.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders and different systems globally to solve interesting problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You’re technical, but you speak human
  • You’ve worked with Enterprise SaaS before.
  • Experience with complex workflow solutions
  • High emotional intelligence is a core part of this job
  • You can sit in a technical discovery call, ask the right questions, identify potential risks, and translate what you learn into clear recommendations.
