Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted technical partner for Enterprise customers throughout their journey with Creative Force.
Partner with Sales during the pre-sales process to understand customer needs, design technical solutions, and resolve complex challenges.
Guide customers through successful implementations and optimize their setup post-go-live.
Work with multiple stakeholders and different systems globally to solve interesting problems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You’re technical, but you speak human
You’ve worked with Enterprise SaaS before.
Experience with complex workflow solutions
High emotional intelligence is a core part of this job
You can sit in a technical discovery call, ask the right questions, identify potential risks, and translate what you learn into clear recommendations.
