About the role
- Architecting Agentic Workflows: Design, deploy, and iterate on multi-agent systems.
- Email Operations at Scale: Build and manage agent-driven email frameworks.
- Content Supply Chain: Develop AI-powered pipelines.
- Orchestration & Governance: Define the 'human-in-the-loop' (HITL) protocols.
- Tech Stack Integration: Develop integrations between AI agents and our core toolkit.
- Continuous Optimization: Establish KPIs for AI agents and refine prompts.
Requirements
- 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems.
- Technical Fluency: You have practical experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, LangChain, Make.com, or platform-native AI agents).
- Marketing Ops Depth: You understand the lifecycle of a customer, attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of shipping automations that measurably improved efficiency or conversion.
- 'Builder' Mindset: You don't just 'use' AI - you build with it.
- Hands-on experience with AI content generation.
- Communication: You can explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Deep curiosity about the evolving AI landscape.
