About the role

  • Architecting Agentic Workflows: Design, deploy, and iterate on multi-agent systems.
  • Email Operations at Scale: Build and manage agent-driven email frameworks.
  • Content Supply Chain: Develop AI-powered pipelines.
  • Orchestration & Governance: Define the 'human-in-the-loop' (HITL) protocols.
  • Tech Stack Integration: Develop integrations between AI agents and our core toolkit.
  • Continuous Optimization: Establish KPIs for AI agents and refine prompts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems.
  • Technical Fluency: You have practical experience with AI orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, LangChain, Make.com, or platform-native AI agents).
  • Marketing Ops Depth: You understand the lifecycle of a customer, attribution modeling.
  • Proven track record of shipping automations that measurably improved efficiency or conversion.
  • 'Builder' Mindset: You don't just 'use' AI - you build with it.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content generation.
  • Communication: You can explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Deep curiosity about the evolving AI landscape.
