Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing Search campaigns for lead gen or performance
- You think in data, not opinions — and use automation to move faster
- You communicate clearly and work well in a small, high-output team
- Fluent in English.
- Fully remote setup within Europe or North America
- High autonomy, high expectations, and a direct link to impact
