Design architectures and plan implementations.
Develop modern, dynamic web applications, e.g., based on CoreMedia CMS or Magnolia CMS, or web applications leveraging AI technologies.
Implement backend logic using Java and Spring.
Implement frontend with React and Next.js.
Integrate backend services using REST / GraphQL.
Conduct code reviews and quality checks.
Apply agile processes and methodologies.
Mentor colleagues and transfer knowledge.

Requirements

Proven ability to advise clients professionally and fairly to jointly deliver successful projects.
Clear, open, and respectful communication.
Basic interest in leading and coordinating people.
At least 2 years of experience coordinating development projects in roles such as Tech Lead or Architect.
At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java and Spring.
Extensive knowledge of modern web technologies, including TypeScript and React.
Expertise in a Java-based content management system, ideally CoreMedia or Magnolia; alternatively, strong experience in Java web application development.
Experience using artificial intelligence for consulting and development as well as within client solutions.
Solid experience applying best practices for code quality, testing, and performance optimization in an agile context.
Deep knowledge of software architectures.
Basic knowledge of infrastructure technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Cloud services, CI/CD).
