Sales Administrative Assistant – Temporary

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- provides administrative and clerical support to a sales team during the busiest time of the year
- Up to 6-month assignment – Full time hours
- Hours are typically 8-5 M-F
- Possible overtime required
- Spreadsheeting using Microsoft Excel
- Supporting quoting team with proposal creation
- Entering customer information into our systems
- Directing calls or responding to inquiries
- Scheduling appointments
- Working on projects as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Group health insurance experience is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
- HS Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
