About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide operational oversight for offshore support functions;
Ensure operational efficiency and compliance;
Act as liaison between offshore teams and internal stakeholders;
Assist with standardization and support automation initiatives;
Lead continuous evaluation of workflows for efficiency;
Manage onboarding for new markets and system users;
Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of user credentials;
