About the role
- Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate assigned training programs
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs
- Analyze effectiveness of training and develop modifications
- Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, exercises, and tests
- Develop or select teaching aids that will enhance the training materials
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training efforts
- Develop and coordinate training schedule based on needs of production workforce
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Three years of insurance industry experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with confidential matters appropriately
- Excellent analytical skills
- High empathy skills and understanding of teaching methodologies
- Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Maintain travel as required
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary
