About the role

  • Analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate assigned training programs
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs
  • Analyze effectiveness of training and develop modifications
  • Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals, exercises, and tests
  • Develop or select teaching aids that will enhance the training materials
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training efforts
  • Develop and coordinate training schedule based on needs of production workforce

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three years of insurance industry experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal with confidential matters appropriately
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • High empathy skills and understanding of teaching methodologies
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Maintain travel as required
  • Ability to work extended hours when necessary
