About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms such as FaceBook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Review drama footage and identify high-potential clips with strong hook and retention value
- Edit and repurpose clips using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
- Monitor platform analytics and apply data-driven strategies to improve content performance
- Coordinate with production teams and talent management to gather raw materials
- Stay up to date with trending content formats and audience preferences in the Portuguese-speaking market
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–2+ years of experience in social media operation or content creation
- Native Portuguese speaker with conversational to business-level English proficiency
- Proficiency in video editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of social media metrics (views, watch time, CTR, engagement rate, etc.)
- Excellent editorial instinct, ability to identify emotionally engaging and shareable moments from long-form drama content
- Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Prior experience operating accounts in Brazilian or Portuguese markets (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with short drama or entertainment content formats (Nice to Have)
- Understanding of local pop culture and audience behavior in Portuguese-speaking regions (Nice to Have)
