Ensure workflows, budgets, and schedules support creative and business goals.
Maintain clear standards for quality and approvals.
Handle negotiations and coordination with vendors, agencies, and co-production partners.
Control budgets and track ROI for assigned projects.
Integrate and evaluate external resources; conduct post-mortems to improve alignment with product needs.
Work with writers and directors to ensure scripts and visual concepts meet objectives.
Supervise casting, locations, crew hiring, and on-set operations.
Review edits, sound, VFX, and color to keep output on brand and on quality.
Serve as the point of contact between creative, production, post, and corporate functions (Legal, Finance, Marketing).
Provide concise updates, flag risks, and align stakeholders on priorities.
Promote efficient use of resources and foster team-wide collaboration.
Apply risk management and data-security standards in all production stages.
Monitor deadlines, budgets, and technical standards.
Capture best practices and refine production SOPs.
Monitor audience feedback and analytics to iteratively improve content and optimize performance.
Document insights to build scalable production knowledge.
Requirements
Demonstrated experience leading full-cycle production in film, television, or short-form media, with a strong focus on delivering high-volume content under tight timelines and budget constraints.
Proven ability to manage B2B production pipelines, including client communication, external partner coordination, and service-model deliverables.
Solid knowledge of budget management, cost control, and vendor negotiation, with the ability to assess trade-offs between creative scope and operational feasibility.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments—balancing creative, financial, legal, and operational needs.
Comfortable representing the production side in contractual discussions, SOW scoping, and performance evaluations of vendors and collaborators.
Familiarity with project tracking and reporting tools, and production compliance practices including content security and IP protection.
Detail-oriented and process-driven, with the ability to build scalable systems across multiple projects or teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Film, Media, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience accepted.
