About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Allocate orders in local delivery, parcel, stores, and intercompany channels
- Assist the wave planner by monitoring and controlling workflow
- Release orders from the warehouse management system to Distribution Center associates
- Engage management and operational leadership to maintain service levels, quality expectations, and productivity
- Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Rotate through departments as needed to meet business demands
- Participate in ongoing training for technology upgrades and new systems
- Complete assigned tasks to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- High attention to detail
- Computer literacy, including Google OS
- Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
- Complete understanding of training and communication resources relevant to the position
- Awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines in the Company Code of Conduct and Associate Policy manuals
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Basic English language proficiency
- 3+ years of previous related work experience
- Authorization to work in the US, verified through E-Verify
