About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Allocate orders in local delivery, parcel, stores, and intercompany channels
  • Assist the wave planner by monitoring and controlling workflow
  • Release orders from the warehouse management system to Distribution Center associates
  • Engage management and operational leadership to maintain service levels, quality expectations, and productivity
  • Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Rotate through departments as needed to meet business demands
  • Participate in ongoing training for technology upgrades and new systems
  • Complete assigned tasks to achieve and maintain daily productivity and quality goals

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Computer literacy, including Google OS
  • Clerical, word processing, and/or office skills
  • Complete understanding of training and communication resources relevant to the position
  • Awareness of loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines in the Company Code of Conduct and Associate Policy manuals
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Basic English language proficiency
  • 3+ years of previous related work experience
  • Authorization to work in the US, verified through E-Verify
