About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and champion the enterprise AI & Analytics solution strategy, vision, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Own the enterprise-wide execution and delivery of AI, GenAI, advanced analytics, and intelligent automation portfolio from intake through value realization.
Lead and develop a high-performing team of Data Analytics Solution Owners.
Establish enterprise AI solution management best practices lifecycle management, and operating model.
Partner with various business stakeholders, Data Science, AI Engineering, Finance, HR, and Operations to translate business problems into scalable AI solutions.
Define and track business value metrics including revenue growth, cost reduction, productivity, customer experience, adoption, model performance, and ROI.
Collaborate with enterprise data and AI platform teams (e.g., BigQuery, Vertex AI and related cloud services) to ensure scalable solution delivery.
Provide executive communication, influence, and thought leadership regarding AI strategy, roadmap, investments, business outcomes and enterprise-wide AI transformation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of experience in product management, AI strategy, analytics, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.
7+ years leading managers and cross-functional organizations.
Proven track record delivering enterprise AI or advanced analytics solutions at scale.
Experience partnering with data science, engineering, and business leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
