About the role

  • Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategise with a team on a wide range of materials that may include web pages, presentations, programming collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Develop concepts with software, and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of colour, text, font style, imagery, and layout
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system
  • Use knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications
  • Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity

Requirements

  • 5 or more years of professional experience with Adobe Creative Suite such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
  • 5 or more years of experience in professional graphic design & videography
  • 3 or more years of experience working for Australian businesses
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills in managing design files, ensuring consistent folder structures and clear documentation for team collaboration.
  • Exceptional speaking and written English communication skills
  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
  • Time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related discipline from an English medium school is a must
