About the role

- Provide coaching and support to fellow team members, helping them excel in their roles and achieve individual and team goals.
- Participate in the recruitment process by identifying and approaching potential candidates, ensuring the team is equipped with talented individuals.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new interns, helping them seamlessly integrate into the Crafton team and understand their roles.
Requirements

- B2 English Level (minimum).
- No years of experience required.
