About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and implement global digital products and solutions for clients, ensuring successful delivery and adoption.
Identify opportunities for automation and process standardization across different modules, proposing recommendations and implementation approaches.
Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, maintaining a proactive, delivery-focused stance for clients.
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations for clients using PowerPoint and other relevant tools.
Deliver product configuration and delivery training to global teams.
Interact directly with clients to ensure best practices in relationship management and solution deployment.
Use Artificial Intelligence tools to support multilingual configurations and client solution delivery.
Execute unit tests and Quality Assurance activities on products and projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher
Advanced English and Spanish (required) for communication with stakeholders and international teams.
Experience with Business Intelligence tools: Power BI, Tableau, and ECharts.
Other tools: PowerPoint, Excel, Power Query, and JIRA.
Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and basic knowledge of Machine Learning concepts.
Ability to create, structure, and use prompts for Artificial Intelligence tools to enhance task execution and productivity.
