About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and grow your client portfolio by assessing risks and identifying opportunities
Acquire new clients through proactive outreach and tailored proposals
Identify clients' needs and provide personalized solutions
Ensure regular follow-up and relationship management
Handle client requests proactively and responsively
Propose appropriate solutions and communicate timelines
Maintain and regularly update client records
Participate in welcoming clients both in person and remotely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bac+2 level (equivalent to a two-year post-secondary/associate degree) required
First experience in banking or insurance is a plus
Strong interest in banking and insurance
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Rigour, strong organizational skills and team spirit
