About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development of remote insurance sales: outbound/inbound calls, emails, and web referrals
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to offer, advise on, and sell personal insurance products and services
- Receive and handle insurance-related inquiries from clients and prospects across multiple channels (multichannel)
- Ensure client data is updated and enriched in accordance with procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Hold a post-secondary diploma (equivalent to Bac+2)
- Passionate about customer relationships
- Comfortable on the phone
- Energetic
- Enjoys working in a team
- Strong interest in the insurance sector.
