About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and maintain a portfolio of individual retail customers
- Advise customers and prospects; propose and sell complex financial products
- Develop, manage and monitor a client portfolio
- Ensure monitoring and control of transactions
- Routinely update and enrich customer-related data
- Ensure compliance with risk management and security procedures.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in business (Bac+3) minimum, or a two-year degree (Bac+2) with significant commercial/sales experience
- Strong commitment to building a career in banking
- Proven successful experience in a banking environment
- Authorization to sell insurance products and DCI certification would be ideal.
