About the role
- Own and evolve core financial models and forecasting processes, including functional ownership of key profitability drivers
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Ops to evaluate opportunities and develop robust financial analyses
- Turn ambiguous business questions into structured, actionable insights — helping stakeholders understand not just what happened, but why
- Drive performance analysis across business segments, surfacing growth opportunities, risks, and areas requiring attention
- Build business cases for new initiatives, from market sizing through expected ROI, and track performance post-launch
- Lead fast-moving strategic initiatives such as new category launches and go-to-market campaigns - ensuring financial clarity and measurable impact at every step
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or strategic finance/business operations within a high-growth tech company
- Exceptional command of financial modeling and quantitative analysis, with a track record of tackling ambiguous problems and delivering clear, actionable insights
- Strong analytical toolset - SQL or data analysis experience preferred, or a clear desire to learn
- Fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for accelerating analysis and research, or a clear excitement about building that muscle
- Excellent communication and influence skills; you can align cross-functional partners and present confidently to leadership
- High attention to detail, bias for action, and a self-starter mentality — you don't wait to be told what to do
