About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate growth, client-service, and operating priorities into technology requirements, workflows, user needs, and implementation plans.
- Sequence technology-enabled workstreams and track priorities, open items, decisions, dependencies, testing needs, and rollout requirements.
- Serve as the connection between business stakeholders, IT, shared services, and third-party partners.
- Support Salesforce enablement for growth, account visibility, relationship intelligence, resource planning, and reporting.
- Define Salesforce requirements for fields, workflows, data capture, dashboards, reporting inputs, and user experience improvements.
- Support adoption of AI-enabled tools across business development, knowledge management, account intelligence, reporting, and client-service workflows.
- Translate AI opportunities into workflows, prompts, testing plans, feedback loops, and adoption materials.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors on requirements, testing, feedback, issue resolution, implementation, and follow-through.
- Track vendor deliverables, questions, dependencies, and next steps; proactively escalate risks.
- Develop user guidance, training materials, workflow documentation, and adoption support.
- Gather user feedback, identify friction points, and support rollout and change-management planning.
- Map workflows and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort, duplication, and unclear ownership.
- Connect data logic across Salesforce, reporting tools, AI workflows, and knowledge-management systems.
- Support data and workflow improvements for accounting planning, business development enablement, reporting, and leadership visibility.
- Report to the VP of Growth Operations and Enterprise Systems and collaborate with the Head of Growth, Head of Client Strategy, IT, shared services, and vendors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8–10 years of experience in business systems, technology enablement, operations, revenue operations, CRM operations, AI workflow enablement, consulting operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proven experience working with Salesforce, including workflow improvement, reporting inputs, adoption support, or business requirements gathering.
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements for technical teams or third-party partners.
- Success supporting technology implementation, system enhancements, user testing, training, or adoption efforts.
- Exposure to AI-enabled tools, automation, knowledge-management systems, or workflow improvement tools strongly preferred.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, executive search, leadership advisory, or another relationship-driven business required.
- Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, business users, vendors, and technical partners.
- Systems-oriented approach to tools, data, workflows, and user behavior.
- Disciplined project management across workstreams, dependencies, timelines, and multiple priorities.
- Sound judgment regarding usability, adoption, confidentiality, and business impact.
- Ability to explain technical or workflow topics clearly to non-technical users.
- Curiosity about AI, technology-enabled workflows, and improving professional-services work.
- Collaborative, service-oriented, practical, and solutions-oriented approach.
- Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and drive effective follow-through.
