About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the primary administrator and developer for our Salesforce platform, including Certinia PSA and FFA modules.
  • Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
  • Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations (Screen, Record-Triggered, and Scheduled Flows; Apex triggers and classes).
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Finance, Sales, and other departments.
  • Evaluate and pilot Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to improve automation and analytics.
  • Support and lead system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with Accounting and Finance teams.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, resolving issues and responding to enhancement requests.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and maintenance.
  • Train users and promote adoption of Salesforce features and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Certinia Accredited Professional (PSA/FFA) certifications a plus
  • Experience with Certinia PSA and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in declarative tools (Flow Builder) and hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data management best practices
  • Experience with data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, or similar)
  • Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Experience with sandbox-to-production deployment and change management
  • Experience supporting Finance or FP&A teams is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
