About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the primary administrator and developer for our Salesforce platform, including Certinia PSA and FFA modules.
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
Design, build, and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automations (Screen, Record-Triggered, and Scheduled Flows; Apex triggers and classes).
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for Finance, Sales, and other departments.
Evaluate and pilot Salesforce AI tools (e.g., Agentforce, Einstein) to improve automation and analytics.
Support and lead system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting in collaboration with Accounting and Finance teams.
Provide day-to-day support for Salesforce users, resolving issues and responding to enhancement requests.
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Ensure data integrity and system performance through regular audits and maintenance.
Train users and promote adoption of Salesforce features and best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Certinia Accredited Professional (PSA/FFA) certifications a plus
Experience with Certinia PSA and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) strongly preferred
Proficiency in declarative tools (Flow Builder) and hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, and data management best practices
Experience with data migration and ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, or similar)
Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Experience with sandbox-to-production deployment and change management
Experience supporting Finance or FP&A teams is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and a passion for solving business problems with technology.
