About the role

  • Participate in monitoring and improving the Quality Management System (ISO 9001), including internal audits, non-conformity analysis, and document control.
  • Implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure our clients' quality requirements are met (analysis of non-conformities and follow-up of action plans).
  • Support the implementation of ISO 14001 certification.
  • Assist with occupational risk prevention: update the Occupational Risk Assessment Document (DUERP) and monitor improvement actions.
  • Raise awareness and train staff on safety best practices (use of PPE).
  • Contribute to waste management and improving environmental performance (carbon footprint).
  • Monitor environmental indicators.
  • Deploy actions related to the CSR (RSE) strategy (e.g., carbon footprint reduction, responsible purchasing, Life Cycle Assessment - LCA).
  • Raise team awareness of sustainable development issues.

Requirements

  • You will be starting a Bachelor's (Bac+3) or Master's (Bac+5) program in Quality, Safety and Environment in September 2026.
  • You have initial experience in project management, quality control, or continuous improvement.
  • You demonstrate rigor, strong organizational skills and good analytical abilities.
  • You are proficient with IT tools.
  • A good command of English is a plus.
