About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and mature the audit training curriculum, including onboarding, ongoing certification, and advanced training paths for auditors.
- Design, deliver, and evaluate training on audit guidelines, sampling methodology, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain training for AI-supported audit workflows, including validation of AI-generated findings, accuracy drift, exceptions, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Translate quality findings and root cause analysis into targeted training interventions.
- Build and execute remediation plans for skill and knowledge gaps with measurable success criteria and follow-up assessments.
- Support updated audit guidelines and AI workflow changes through rollout training, job aids, and post-implementation reinforcement.
- Use generative AI tools to personalize training, accelerate onboarding, and improve knowledge retention.
- Establish training effectiveness metrics and report outcomes to audit operations leadership.
- Communicate training performance, skill gaps, and remediation progress to senior leadership.
- Maintain relationships across audit operations, quality assurance, and the broader audit enterprise.
- Monitor trainer and facilitator coverage and redistribute work to meet targets.
- Hire, develop, coach, lead, and retain training talent.
- Operationalize training programs with CCV Operations, Quality Audit, content, and Client Service teams.
- Maintain training curricula in learning management tools and provide program oversight.
- Manage project scope, schedules, resources, stakeholder expectations, and improvement documentation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a related field required
- 3+ years of technical leadership experience involving people and projects, with prior training, learning and development, or quality audit experience
- AI-native experience using generative AI applications such as Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar tools
- Understanding of AI validation, exception review, quality drift, and human-in-the-loop controls
- Instructional design skills for creating clear, engaging, and measurable training curricula
- Experience influencing behavior and driving adoption of process, quality, or performance improvements across audit teams
- Ability to build training remediation plans with owners, milestones, measurable success criteria, and follow-through
- Ability to communicate training outcomes, skill gaps, and program performance to leadership
- Advanced Excel knowledge, including Pivot Tables, Macros, VLOOKUPs, queries, and advanced written formulas
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability and capacity to learn new concepts and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a HIPAA-regulated environment
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups, with clients, and working with physician executives
- Ability to properly handle confidential information
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
- Ability to mentor staff and enhance performance
- Skills in root cause analysis, trend monitoring, and needs assessment
- Experience with instructional design frameworks or quality methodologies is a plus
- Experience developing or maintaining audit training programs, certification pathways, or learning management systems is a plus
- Knowledge of medical reimbursement/payment policies, audit review methodologies, and medical terminology is a plus
- Must be able to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
- Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area
