About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive product strategy and execution for complex or multi-product AI initiatives, including the AI platform and solutions
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify AI opportunities and create investment business cases
  • Translate stakeholder and customer requirements into technical documentation, refinement, and prioritization
  • Partner with Data Science, Engineering, R&D, Enterprise Product, finance, legal, and other stakeholders
  • Manage end-to-end programs defining, prioritizing, and implementing AI features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows
  • Drive AI technical projects from requirements through delivery, managing schedules and removing roadblocks
  • Define and track KPIs to measure AI product success and inform quarterly business reviews
  • Lead cross-functional efforts to align business needs with AI product strategy and senior stakeholders
  • Support client engagement from pre-sales through delivery as an AI product subject matter expert
  • Communicate business requirements and product value to executives and external partners
  • Maintain technical proficiency in AI and drive AI adoption across the portfolio
  • Mentor and support Product Managers and Analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience as a product manager driving product development strategy and lifecycle
  • 3+ years of product management experience in AI or similar fields
  • 1+ years of experience working with AI infrastructure
  • Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing, and data analytics domains
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software development processes
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Experience influencing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and driving decision-making
  • Experience mentoring team members or contributing to team capability development
  • Understanding of customer needs, user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support
  • Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
  • Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area
  • Travel as assigned by leadership (10–15%)
