About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive product strategy and execution for complex or multi-product AI initiatives, including the AI platform and solutions
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify AI opportunities and create investment business cases
Translate stakeholder and customer requirements into technical documentation, refinement, and prioritization
Partner with Data Science, Engineering, R&D, Enterprise Product, finance, legal, and other stakeholders
Manage end-to-end programs defining, prioritizing, and implementing AI features, infrastructure, processes, and workflows
Drive AI technical projects from requirements through delivery, managing schedules and removing roadblocks
Define and track KPIs to measure AI product success and inform quarterly business reviews
Lead cross-functional efforts to align business needs with AI product strategy and senior stakeholders
Support client engagement from pre-sales through delivery as an AI product subject matter expert
Communicate business requirements and product value to executives and external partners
Maintain technical proficiency in AI and drive AI adoption across the portfolio
Mentor and support Product Managers and Analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience as a product manager driving product development strategy and lifecycle
3+ years of product management experience in AI or similar fields
1+ years of experience working with AI infrastructure
Experience with Healthcare IT, claims processing, and data analytics domains
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with software development processes
Knowledge of agile development methodologies, SDLC, and project management tools
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience influencing stakeholders, resolving conflicts, and driving decision-making
Experience mentoring team members or contributing to team capability development
Understanding of customer needs, user research, customer interviews, and usability testing
Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support
Ability to provide high-speed internet access/connectivity and office setup and maintenance
Ability to provide a dedicated, secure work area
Travel as assigned by leadership (10–15%)
