Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting
Facilitate team meetings, decisions, issue resolution, and stakeholder follow-up
Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, communications, and delivery readiness
Escalate risks and tradeoffs in a timely manner

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
5+ years of project management experience required
Certification in Project Management (PMP, CAPM, or equivalent)
Experience running cross-functional projects with disciplined status, RAID, and timeline management
Strong organizational, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience with healthcare operations, software delivery, or business transformation preferred
