About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist with onboarding junior analysts.
Assist with creating standard operating procedures, onboarding materials, and updating as processes change.
Develop templates for system training.
Gather data from various sources including internal databases, external sources, surveys, and market research.
Ensure data quality and integrity by conducting data validation, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Conduct research and gather information from internal and external sources to support decision-making processes.
Develop and implement analytical models and tools to optimize business processes and performance.
Generate actionable insights by synthesizing data analysis findings with industry knowledge and business context.
Prepare and facilitate the presentation of reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Adhere to data governance policies and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial analysis is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
Technical Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI is often required
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques is preferred.
Certifications in relevant areas such as data analysis or business intelligence are a plus.
