About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives
Coach and mentor development teams to understand and apply SAFe principles and practices
Enable collaboration and communication within development teams and between teams and stakeholders
Support product owners in creating and prioritizing the product backlog
Drive continuous improvement within the organization by identifying areas of improvement
Facilitate Scrum teams’ self-organization and high performance
Ensure adherence to the SAFe framework and principles

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.S. in Computer Science, Business, Project Management, or similar degree or equivalent
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or immediate plans to become certified
Strong knowledge and understanding of the SAFe framework and Agile methodologies
Certification in SAFe, such as SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM), or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
5+ years of experience leading Agile Scrum teams or Project Management at the enterprise level
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Strong leadership and coaching abilities
