Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
5+ years relevant recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare IT
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strong ability to effectively manage tasks
Strong computer proficiency and technical aptitude with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience with ATS and HRIS software, preferably with iCims
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to multi-task in high volume environments
Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills
Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
