Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor, analyze, and communicate federal and state policy developments that impact Cotiviti's business and product portfolio
Track federal legislation affecting Medicare Advantage, risk adjustment, quality measurement, and healthcare technology
Prepare executive briefings, policy summaries, and impact assessments for leadership and product teams
Translate complex policy language into business implications and actionable recommendations
Provide regular policy updates to Product, Sales, and Executive teams through structured briefings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, Healthcare Administration, Regulatory affairs, government programs, or related field
5-7 years of experience in healthcare policy, government affairs, or regulatory analysis
Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA regulatory frameworks
Experience tracking and analyzing federal and state healthcare legislation
Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex policy information into clear, actionable insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple policy areas simultaneously
