Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
8+ years relevant recruiting experience
Strong project management and organizational skills
Experience recruiting for all levels of corporate roles
Knowledge of recruiting tools and methodology
Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with ATS and HRIS software (iCims preferred)
Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills
