- Source, screen, interview, and develop talent pipeline
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Consult with candidates on interview process and negotiations
- Track metrics and analyze recruiting campaigns
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
- 8+ years relevant recruiting experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience recruiting for all levels of corporate roles
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and methodology
- Strong computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ATS and HRIS software (iCims preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, follow-up and interpersonal communication skills
