About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactively identify and attract passive candidates through sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, boolean searches, social media, talent communities, referrals, and industry events
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for critical, niche, or high‑volume roles
  • Conduct initial outreach, engagement, and qualification of candidates to assess interest and fit
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates to provide updates and ensure positive engagement
  • Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team culture
  • Participate in intake meetings and calibration discussions to align on sourcing priorities and search strategy
  • Provide regular updates on pipeline progress, market insights, and sourcing challenges
  • Research talent markets, competitor organizations, and industry trends to inform sourcing strategy
  • Analyze data to identify sourcing performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Recommend new tools, platforms, and innovations to enhance sourcing effectiveness
  • Craft compelling, personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and resonates with passive talent
  • Serve as an ambassador for the company, representing our culture, values, and career opportunities
  • Ensure all candidates receive a respectful and positive experience throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate interactions in the ATS/CRM
  • Ensure compliance with EEO, OFCCP, and data privacy regulations
  • Track and report on key sourcing metrics such as pipeline volume, response rates, conversion rates, and diversity pipeline health

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related field
  • Strong research and sourcing skills, including proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and CRM/ATS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor outreach to various audiences
  • High level of curiosity, persistence, and creativity in finding and engaging candidates
  • Ability to manage multiple searches and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Preferred Experience sourcing for healthcare-specific and hard‑to‑fill roles
  • Familiarity with diversity sourcing strategies, market mapping, and talent intelligence tools
  • Knowledge of recruitment marketing or employer branding best practices
