About the role
- Clarify, document and support Cotiviti business requirements for vendor partnerships, drive strategic sourcing, identify potential third-party vendors, and complete contracts
- Ensure details are contractually captured, negotiate terms and pricing, drive best value for the business, enforce contract policy compliance
- Support and manage renewals and contractual amendments
- Manage IT Vendor contracting through conclusion while working with Legal, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field, with a focus on business administration
- 5-7 years of work experience contracting with IT or Professional Services vendors
- Strong contract drafting and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Experience with Coupa or other Procure to Pay systems
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects
- Basic knowledge of IT contracts such as Software License Agreements, SaaS Agreements, Cloud Computing, etc.
