About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take a leading role across a variety of MedTech projects alongside project teams
Own client projects and provide strategic advice
Support and mentor project teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on agreed timelines
Deliver cross-divisional MedTech projects spanning value and access, evidence development, and medical communications
Develop approaches to evidence generation, value messaging, and market access
Contribute to health economic modelling, value dossiers, advisory boards, and strategic communication materials
Develop long-term client partnerships
Support business development initiatives
Lead and contribute to project proposals and pitches
Identify opportunities to expand work with existing clients and explore new client accounts
Build and independently manage a pipeline of work as responsibilities increase

Requirements

What you’ll need

Undergraduate degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline, minimum 2.1
Professional experience delivering healthcare consulting projects
Direct experience leading projects related to HEOR, medical communications, value materials and/or marketing
Direct MedTech experience beneficial
Technical and strategic knowledge to provide insightful client recommendations
Strong scientific writing skills
Ability to tailor content for payers, patients, clients, and internal teams
Experience leading written and verbal client communication
Ability to adapt to varied communication styles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional attention to detail and high written accuracy
Excellent proficiency in English and numeracy
Demonstrable project management skills
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Commitment to exceptional customer service and quality deliverables
