About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate the global induction programme for new starters, including scheduling sessions, liaising with session leads, and maintaining tailored induction materials and welcome resources
  • Act as a key point of contact for induction and onboarding queries across teams
  • Create, maintain and update learning and onboarding materials
  • Coordinate internal operational, compliance, probation-related and career development training programmes
  • Support administration and ongoing development of the Learning Management System
  • Coordinate external training requests, including researching courses, arranging bookings and recording milestones in HR systems
  • Support client-required and compliance training processes
  • Gather and review learner and stakeholder feedback to identify trends and training needs
  • Suggest and implement improvements focused on quality, efficiency, scalability and learner experience
  • Build working relationships across the business to ensure effective delivery of L&D activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience in a related learning and development, onboarding or training role
  • Experience using or administering a Learning Management System such as Kallidus
  • Experience coordinating induction/onboarding or internal training programmes
  • Excellent organisational skills and productivity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and complex processes under competing deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence liaising with stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactive, positive and solutions-focused approach
  • Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes
  • Strong commitment to excellent internal customer service
  • Excellent attention to detail and written accuracy
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with tact, discretion and confidentiality
  • Strong IT skills, including fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Experience in a growing, global or multi-site organisation is desired
  • Experience reviewing feedback or training data is desired
  • CIPD or similar qualification is desired
  • Right to work in the UK independently; the role does not meet visa sponsorship eligibility criteria
