About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a range of projects involving statistical analysis plans
- Communicate methodologies and results to clients in healthcare
- Supervise project teams and interact with external stakeholders
- Contribute to quality control of projects
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Identify opportunities for additional services for clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- Typically no less than 2 years in the HEOR sector
- A degree level or higher qualification in a scientific or mathematical discipline (minimum GPA 3.3)
- The technical and mathematical ability to explain complex techniques to non-experts
- Excellent understanding and experience in the R programming language
- Willingness to trial, explore or recommend new software or techniques
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Ability to use initiative and work independently
- Excellent written English
- Desired:
- A Masters degree or PhD in a scientific or mathematical discipline
- Experience with Stan, Python, SQL, or other data analysis programming languages
- Awareness of data standards for clinical research and statistical analysis (e.g. CDISC, SDTM, ADaM, ICH Statistical Principles)
