About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support with a wide range of motion design projects for clients within the healthcare sector, from initial concept development to full production
Collaborate with experienced members of our Creative team
Receive comprehensive training and gain hands-on design experience in the healthcare sector
Plan and deliver small-scale on-site filming, detailed 2D and 3D animation, short “explainer” video creation, and post-production video and audio editing tailored to various platforms and events

Requirements

What you’ll need

A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum or expected 2.1), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio
Excellent technical skills in Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro
Proven experience developing and delivering creative concepts
A strong understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to think outside the box
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to take initiative and work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting deadlines
Knowledge of other Adobe software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and Audition, as well as 3D software like Cinema 4D (Desired)
Some experience in filming, with knowledge of pre-production and post-production processes (Desired)
A keen interest in applying motion design to the healthcare sector (Desired)
