About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be involved in a wide range of digital design projects for our clients within the healthcare sector
- Create a variety of user-friendly deliverables, including websites and web applications, interactive content for external events, marketing materials, and other design pieces
- Work closely with creative colleagues and project managers at the outset of projects to determine the design scope and objectives
- Clearly communicate project requirements and provide input on technical queries
- Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality
- Provide outstanding customer service and build strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree-level or higher qualification in a design-related discipline (minimum 2.1 or equivalent), in addition to a highly innovative portfolio
- Some professional experience within an agency or commercial setting
- Technical knowledge of email/web/application development, including practical experience with HTML and CSS
- Experience applying UI/UX design principles across a wide range of digital deliverables
- Good working knowledge of Figma or a strong desire to learn
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with other software in the Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to think outside the box
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build robust and sustainable working relationships
- Practical understanding of Google Analytics and Google Search Console (Desired)
- Search engine optimisation (SEO) and generative engine optimisation (GEO) experience (Desired)
- Knowledge of omnichannel marketing and a flair for creative copywriting (Desired)
- Familiarity with basic JavaScript (Desired)
