About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage work winning transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide management information and controls needed to run and report on work winning performance
  • Lead on major change initiatives to work winning process, tools, and organisation
  • Link to business development and key account management
  • Ensure CRM use evolves and harvest, record, and make useful case studies and evidence
  • Monitor and coach adherence to and evolution of work winning processes
  • Collect, promote and communicate best practices
  • Lead on management information, owning the ‘check’ stage of the work winning plan-do-check-act cycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Degree level qualified or equivalent in a construction/project management related discipline
  • Project management
  • Change management
  • Requirements capture and process mapping
  • Digital mindset and experience
  • Strong communication and numeracy
  • Self-driven activity setting and proactive oversight and problem solving
  • Business analysis
  • Reporting software proficiency (PowerBI/MS Fabric)
  • Experience in lean/six sigma, process review & efficiencies
  • Construction/Project Management operational background or understanding/ experience
